The Experience
From the moment you arrive in North Eleuthera we have everything prepared for your stay and our team will meet you and accompany you to the property via private boat and taxi transfers. Champagne and canapés are served by our staff at the house and your itinerary discussed with our concierge.
Unlike most houses on the island we offer a complete infrastructure to make sure your stay is hassle free. Apart from the hurricane months of august and September, weather in Harbor Island is idyllic for al fresco dining, water sports and relaxing on the beach. Golf carts make getting around easy and fun.
Southern Cross is a totally private, luxurious home, built by an internationally acclaimed design and architectural team. Its beach side position is unique – perfect sand, turquoise water and lovely reefs to explore.
From the heated infinity pool there are spectacular views across the palm grove to the lagoon beyond. The house provides all the modern conveniences of a five star hotel but is exclusive to you.
Entertaining spaces are elegant and spacious – with views from the 100 ft deck to the ocean. Our chef and butler will serve delicious meals and drinks at the many dining spots throughout the property. Or eat out for lunch or dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants on the island after shopping in the fabulous boutiques in town.
Our dedicated concierge will ensure that you have absolute privacy, and an itinerary that suits all our guests for their stay at Southern Cross.
Concierge Service
Our in-house concierge service is included in your stay.
Every aspect of your visit to Southern Cross will be managed by the concierge; transportation, restaurant reservations, beauty treatments, all activities on the island and surrounding islands, grocery and drinks shopping.
Prior to arrival the concierge/manager will be in touch to to plan menu options and discuss dietary requirements and prepare a customized itinerary for your stay.
Included in your stay is the transportation to and from North Eleuthera airport which is organised by the concierge in conjunction with the guests and welcome champagne on arrival.
Dining
Our private (certified) chef service is included in your stay. He will prepare a delicious lunch or dinner each day and breakfast every day, served by our house staff.
The house has many dining areas – lunch al fresco on one of the terraces or dinner under the stars in the courtyards, picnic on the beach deck by the ocean or have drinks and Canapés by the pool. Our butler service will ensure drinks and snacks are available all day.
Eat out at the world class restaurants on the island which serve international and local cuisine. Lunch at one of the beach clubs on the ocean, dine under the stars by the bay on or sip sunset cocktails on one of the marinas.
Bespoke Wellness

Our beach deck is the perfect place for a private yoga session or train in the gym or pool one on one with a highly professional instructor. Follow up with a delicious healthy meal all designed with our concierge and chef to your requirements.
